MBAA Participates in Relay for Life

The Virginia Tech MBA Relay for Life team participated in the 25th annual Relay for Life event to celebrate those who have battled cancer, raise cancer awareness, and help find a cure. Seventeen MBA students participated in the event which was held on the Drillfield the night of April 24th. Overall, 5,300 people participated in Relay for Life this year making up over 480 teams. Virginia Tech collected over $500,000 (more than any other university in the nation) with the MBA team contributing over $5,200 to the cause.
